Name: Ryo Miyaichi

Age: 19 years old (14.12.1992)
Height: 6 ft (1.83 m)

Ryo Miyaichi signed for Arsenal in the January of 2011 following his successful trial. Just after he signed for Arsenal, he was sent on loan to Feyenoord to gain exposure and experience. Ryo dazzled his fans in Holland with his pace and skills.
In January 2012, Ryo joined Bolton Wanderers on loan until the end of the season. Miyaichi played 14 games for Bolton scoring one goal and providing couple of assists. He was even voted February Player of the Month by the Bolton fans. His performances earned him a place in the Japanese nation team.
Ryo has the raw ability to beat his man with a quick turn of pace and a drive down the line. With Theo Walcott on right and Miyaichi on left, Arsenal can have an all pace attack on the wings. Ryo’s presence would add a new dimension to Arsenal’s game. He is also good at making the most of set-plays. Another attribute of Miyachi is his ability of being in the right place at the right time and getting into goal-scoring positions. Throughout his successful spell in Holland, Ryo would always chase opponents and try to win possession for the team. This non laid back attitude will be great to watch.

The only flaw in his game is inconsistency with respect to his final ball, but considering that he’s just 19, he will only get better. Ryo can become a special, special player, capable of reaching the great heights of football, perhaps even on the world stage. Beware all teams; this boy is going to run riot in Premier League.
The Dutch media gave him the nickname “Ryodinho” after comparisons to Ronaldinho.
